Reception ladie never gives ur change after you pay for ur service even if it’s $10 $20 it’s still your change and always demands the change as a tip for her and makes you feel uncomfortable and embarrassed to say no that’s the 3rd time she has done this to me if a person wants to tip you they’ll tip you not tell them and pressure them to say yes .

An honest review, the aim is to be as objective as possible for feedback and informative reasons - it is based on 2 visits to this establishment, one visit was a walk-in and the other was a booking made in advance. Venue: 4/5 Rooms and amenities are spacious, clean and pleasant. Nothing outstanding, but definitely exceeds satisfactory. Ladies: I would rather not provide a score (rating) as I find this somewhat distasteful. But I'll admit that I found the lady who attended to me on the second visit very attractive and her conversation also engaging, she was also skillful at her craft. Professionalism: This is where this establishment lets themselves down. The hostess/manager was competent and professional, unfortunately the same cannot be said about the ladies. On both visits my session was cut short - when you pay for a One hour session - you don't expect to be done WITHIN 45 minutes(!!!), especially given there is a separate rate for a 45 minute massage - if the lady believes 45 minutes is too long a session - this should be raised before payment is made. Since the above occurred on 2 of 2 visits - I am inclined to believe this may be the culture at the Bellevue, perhaps a lack of accountability. It is generally common knowledge that extras are offered, so it was somewhat uncomfortable when extras were implicitly expected - to be fair the masseuse from the second visit was less direct/pushy about it. As a client I prefer to experience the massage and DEPENDING ON THE SERVICE upgrade any subsequent experience with extras. There were additional negative items, however will not be included to ensure that the length of the review is not excessive. Unfortunately not a "5-star" experience.

I’ll give it two stars because the girls I met were lovely. Fair play I wanted to party, nobody could arrange it, I get it and sorry again if I offended anyone but I won’t ever be back not even on a sober evening. This place has gone downhill like ive never seen. A 7 foot tall blonde lady dressed like shes at a festival left me in the waiting lounge even after I could here girls calling out for her to go back and check on me check your cameras I am not lying here I had a white button shirt and jeans and was messaging my mate at the same time Never left a review before and I’ve been there around a year ago snd shocked to just be left in there the lady seemed to be more concerned about her AirPod in her ear no usual greeting or customer service do better guys I get I was being cheeky with the girls I was willing to reconsider but very put off by this guys Nice polite girls but that was the worst experience for anyone just there with money ready to book is that how you treat em all. Unlucky unsatisfied punter

Defiantly not 5 Stat I went to Bellevue 5 Star Retreat thinking it was going to be really nice, but it wasn’t. The carpets were gross and sticky, and there were weird wet patches on the ceilings that looked like mould or something. The lady at the front desk was nice but smelled like alcohol and was talking weird, like slurring her words, and it was only 11 in the morning. I had a massage booked with someone named Sophia, but she didn’t seem interested and just wanted to hurry it up. She kept trying aell extras for and then said weird things like asking if I wanted to “party” and that she could get me anything I wanted. She seemed kinda out of it too. I felt uncomfortable and ended up leaving halfway through. Definitely not a 5-star place. Wouldn’t go back.

Made A booking to see Natalia was blown away by her Grace and Beauty she went above and beyond to make me happy and comfortable thorough out the session and provided me the type of experience I was craving. The Bellevue 5 Star retreat was incredibly accommodating and welcoming they were Happy to accommodate my request providing me a room with a bed as some one with mobility issues its makes the world of difference. the Lovely receptionist made me feel at ease and was helpful during the booking process even gave me a cold beverage while i was in the waiting room. Venue is professionally run doesn't feel awkward or sleazy like other venues plan to return many times through out the year providing rates remain reasonable and service standards are kept high.
