Maxine's is a gentlemen's club and strip club on Sydney Road in Brunswick, the pick of the strip clubs north of the Melbourne CBD, and it has been in the same spot since 2009. It opens Tuesday to Sunday from 7pm to 3am.
Entry is free before 8pm any night it is open; after that it is $15 from Tuesday to Thursday and on Sundays, and $30 on Fridays and Saturdays. Private and VIP dances are priced separately, and VIP booths can be booked ahead. It takes private events, business functions, hens and bucks parties. There is a bar and restaurant attached.
